But if you suffer from asthma you might be allergic to the cat hairs. But other than that the cat doesn't affect your health. P.S. I supposedly was allergic to cats but when I adopted a cat I didn't suffer any symptoms. My cat actually made me stop having allergies. So, rather than worsening my allergies he took away my allergies. Pretty cool right. If you don’t have any symptoms that might make you allergic to the cat than don’t worry about it.
